Marketers can ship now.

Real web apps, automations and AI agents I built with Claude Code while doing my day job in marketing. Every one solves a problem you probably have too. Steal the ideas.

Every summit starts
at base camp.

You do not need to start with an app. Most marketers get their first win from an automation that kills one boring weekly task.

01 · BASE CAMP▲ 500 m

Automate one chore

Call notes, weekly posts, reporting. An n8n workflow or a scheduled Claude routine. Think: an afternoon.

Easy start
02 · THE RIDGE▲ 1,800 m

Ship a tiny web app

One question, one page, real data. Rent-or-buy maps, SERP simulators, file sharers. Think: a weekend.

03 · THE SUMMIT▲ 3,000 m

Build your AI team

Agents and skills that review, write and guard your brand, working on top of your own knowledge. Think: a system you keep growing.

Stuff I actually built.

Problem, what I built, what it did. Live ones you can open right now; internal ones run behind the scenes, so no link.

How I build

No dev team.
Just a system.

Everything here came out of one folder on my laptop that Claude Code reads every morning: projects, notes, rules and lessons from past mistakes. The AI does the typing. I do the thinking, the taste and the saying no.

  1. Context in filesEvery project has a brief, sources and learnings the AI reads first.
  2. Plan before codeA written plan with a check for every step. No plan, no build.
  3. Build in the terminalClaude Code writes, runs and tests. I steer and review.
  4. Review gatesA second AI tears the output apart before anyone sees it.
